How to place the order?

You can choose from our wide range of hampers, based on the requirement the quantity can be selected and then during check out, you have to give in the address details. The payment can be done through various wallets like payu, paytm and once the payment is done you will get an order confirmation via SMS.

How much time taken to deliver the order?

It will be 4-5 working days depending on the location.

What if I have complaint with the product?

What is the return and cancellation policy?

Since, it is the food item we follow strict policies for it. We believe in quality so any quality related concerns will be subjected to return. For returns you have to call us at +91 91236 22319. For the cancellation - only product purchased from the website will be eligible for cancellation, if its not a customised product. The cancel request can be placed within 24 hours of placing the order.

What if I want to Cash on Delivery?

During the pandemic times we want our customers to be safe, hence we have discontinued the COD policy for a while.
